What?! NO WAY!

I read something the other day that shocked me so much that I think I cried a bit. You know Daphne Groeneveld. Super awesome Dutch model. Yeah cool. You might have seen her in campaigns for Miu Miu Eyewear, Givenchy, Versace for H&M, Louis Vuitton, etc. So I really love her look because she's not your typical beauty! I wasn't a big fan of her at all. Until...

I saw the Dior Addict commercial. Holy shiznit. I literally died! She looked so beautiful, she was entertaining, light, airy and everything she did in the video invited you in. You literally couldn't take your eyes off of her! So if you haven't seen it (WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? Kidding.), I'll leave the link here so you can check it out!

Oh yeah, just one minor detail. She's 17. I'll let that sink in. This is the reason I cried. She's just a few months older than me and look at her life. Jeez.

Add me por favor.

HELLO! I'll admit that I've been procrastinating just a bit! Sorry, I'm really just enjoying my last days of vacation. I start school in like a week and I'm dreading it so much! And that's way I'm going out as much as possible and distracting myself from the idea that school is around the corner.

So what's new? Well pretty much nothing actually! Like I said trying to do as much as possible. But I want to make this post to give you readers my other social networking link thingys.

Power fashion couple.

Style: it's important. Crucial. What you wear defines you, no matter what you say. The clothes you have on your back tell the world who you are. For some people, styling themselves is pretty hard. We all have different tastes. What I might think looks good, might not be the same she or he thinks looks good. We need to remind ourselves that just because the label says Chanel, doesn't mean it looks good. For the lucky ones, styling themselves is just as easy as brushing their teeth. And the people who style themselves perfectly every single time are Olivia Palermo, and her model boyfriend, Johannes Huebl.

As everyone well knows, Olivia Palermo is well known for her great sense of style. But her other half is also on her side with that. Johannes is a model and as you see, totally gorgeous! Besides being such a stylish couple, they're also a very beautiful one. Can we please imagine how gorgeous their kids will be?! I really love this couple because of their style. Eveytime they go out whether it's going to a fashion show or walking around NYC, they always always ALWAYS look their best. Even when they're walking their dog, Mr. Butler (cutest name ever) you see Olivia in knee high boots and Johannes in a turtleneck with a leather jacket. So takes notes from these two.

What I mean to say with this post is that you have to know what looks good, keeping your taste in mind, without being over the top or a snore. Style is balance. What I do is that I pair my outfits the day before (or sometimes 5 minutes before I go out) and I check what looks good on me but also every time I go out my outfit needs to make me feel confident. That's another key point: confidence. If people don't like your outfit, they don't matter. As long as you're comfortable and like what you're wearing, ignore them.

So be stylish and be confident. Take care, xoxo.

Mini obsessions.

Hello readers! Hope you're all doing great! Sadly summer is coming to an end so enjoy what's left of it. I've been browsing lately and looking at things that at some point I want. I put them all together and here they are:

The dress is Thakoon. I've been loving Thakoon lately. I checked their dresses and they're great and so beautiful. The coral colored shorts are ASOS. The color is so adorable and so summer. I wish I could've bought them for this summer. Maybe the next one! The bag is Proenza Schouler. That bag. I feel like I need that bag in my life. Hopefully one day, I will have it. The cuff is Dannijo. Thanks to The Man Repeller, for introducing me to Dannijo. I love their jewelry because it's so different, exotic and just plain amazing. The heels are Charlotte Olympia. Before I die, I need a pair of Charlotte Olympia's. And if I die, bury me in a pair of Charalotte Olympia's. Remember this. The nail polish is Butter London. Their colors are adorable and the great thing about them is that they're non-toxic and they also sell lipglosses and treatments for hands and feet. The wonderful chubby stick by Clinique. I need to convince my dad to take me to Macy's because I need one of these. And from what I've heard, they give great moisture and color. Lastly, the perfume is Miss Dior Cherie. The smell is so light and airy. It reminds me of nature but in a delicious way :)

So tell me: what have you been obsessing with lately? What's on your list of must haves? Comment below! Take care, xoxo.

Not typical.

AHH HELLO! :) I've been out a bit, so busy with school stuff and I haven't even started. I know, incredible. So I would like to express my unhealthy obsession with all of you. Look below.

Monika "Jac" Jagaciak. Polish model. 18 years old. Effing perfect. Regal. Gorgeous. I'm sorry, I'll stop now. Seriously, it's crazy how much I adore this girl. She's my favorite model. She's done so much for her career and she's only 18 years old. She started around 13 and worked her way through. She had a little controversy when she was 14 when she was told that she couldn't walk Australian Fashion Week because of her young age. But trust me, that definitely did not stop her. She went on to walk for all sorts of fashion weeks! She booked many campaigns such as Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Robert Cavalli, Lacoste, Dior. The list goes on and on. Jac is ranked number 11 on the 50 Top Models on models.com. The thing is that I love her because she seems like such a rare person. I love watching her interviews because she's so sweet and she talks a lot about her family and her home and that's so warm to see in a model. Sometimes models in interviews look a bit, I don't know, conceited. But Jac is definitely not! Also I love her walk. I swear she like dances down the runway. It's really weird but so cool and so different. Jac definitely has big things coming for her and I so wish I could meet her to tell her how much I admire her and how I love her hair. Ok I think I'll stop blabbering about Jac. Although I think I could go through a whole day talking about her. Oh well.

So you tell me: who's your favorite model? Tell me who and why :) Take care, xoxo.

Help. I need something.

Hello yet again. So there's this thing that has I've been wanting for like a looooooooooooooooong time! And I'd like to share it with you.

A. Studded. Collar. So I've been in love with this forever! And I've been looking everywhere and I just can't find a button down shirt with a studded collar. I mean, how hard is that to make? So if anyone knows any place or website or anything as to where I can find this, please let me know. Cause I'm dying for one of these. Thanks. Take care, xoxo.

Oh La La! Haute Couture.

Hello, hello, hello! I hope you're all doing great! I sure am. Not much to say, just that I'm enjoying my vacations while they last! I'm very excited to write this post. Why? Haute Freaking Couture! Yup. It's time to talk about some of my faves from some of my favorite designers. So here we go:

Let us start with Chanel Haute Couture. This was a very mellow collection, very ethereal and soft. The first look: I really love the pattern of the outfit. It's gorgeous and it just looks well made. The second look: I LOVE the dress. It's different, quirky and the textures are fabulous. The third look: I don't know why I like this look so much. It's very zealous and loud, but at the same time very mute. The fourth look: THAT DRESS. I was literally with my mouth open and the angels sang when this dress came out. I would not mind getting married in this dress.

So we shall continue with Dior Haute Couture. We all know that this was Raf Simmons debut collection with Dior and everybody was talking. Literally EVERYBODY. I have zero complaints about this show. Why? Because people keep expecting a John Galliano inspired collection and they come out uninspired. They need to realize that this is a different designer with a different vision. So I was really proud of what Raf did with this collection. The first look: The fabric looks AMAZING! The use of colors on the dress is mind blowing. The second look: It's a very professional look with a glamorous twist. The belt and the collar are great! The third look: Beautiful dress! You can see the work and craftsmanship that went into this dress. The fourth look: The most perfect look ever! You can never go wrong with black but this looks so well made. And the belt definitely makes it pop. It makes the dress from day to night.

Next up is Armani Prive Haute Couture. It was a very dark collection. A collection that had something to say. Lots of black and dark blues. A word to describe this collection is majestic. The first look: Dark but incorporates color. Also love the plunging neckline. The second look: What a gorgeous dress. The V shape is so great on the dress, it's making a statement. The third look: I adore the pattern on this dress. It's look so soft and whimsical. The fourth look: Hands down, my favorite. The stripes are so strong and harsh.

Elie Saab Haute Couture: my favorite collection. Elie Saab always delivers. The collection was magical, beautiful and I have to admit, it made my cry. Call me pathetic. I don't care. This is art. The first look: The color is just breathtaking. I'm also a sucker for the long sleeves. The second look: It's a very sultry dress. It pushes so much boundaries and that's why I love it. The third look: MY FAVORITE DRESS IN THIS WHOLE WORLD. What an absolute delight is this dress. The sleeves, the belt, the slit, EVERYTHING IS PERFECTION. Sorry for screaming. The fourth look: Another fabulous look. It's a dress with attitude and glamour. Again those sleeves...Love.

Last but not at all least, Giambattista Valli Haute Couture. I always love Valli's couture collections and this one did not disappoint me. The nets with the butterflies were genius! I swear, Valli thinks of everything to bring us something new and fresh, also something we've never seen. The first look: The pattern is great. The mixing of the greens and purples and golds: gorge! The second look: This is red carpet waiting to happen. I hope someone takes a risk and uses this dress because it's beautiful. The third look: The different shades of red are great, also the peplum looks crazy amazing! The fourth look: Beautiful, young, quirky. I would wear this dress. The top is mesmerizing and the flower pattern: I want to marry it.

So this is my opinion on these collections. So I want to hear about your opinion! Which of these collection were your favorite? And which was your single favorite? Also is there any other designer that you liked? Please don't be shy and comment away. Take care, xoxo.

Ethereal.

Hello everybody! Hope you've had a wonderful day! I sure did. I was cruising around the island a bit! I walked so much, my feet are killing me!

Enough about little old me, more about this British beauty! You may or may not know, but this is Poppy Delevingne. She's a model/socialite, sister of Cara Delevingne.

In this picture, she is attending the 10th Anniversary of Glamour Magazine. She's wearing a beautiful Jonathan Saunders dress with glitter Miu Miu heels. The dress is sooooo pretty and so whimsical. Also love the shoes! They give that extra pop to go with the softness of the dress. I'm also a big fan of her hair. It's like so perfect and it looks quite healthy!

Give your opinion on this look! What do you give: two thumbs up or no thumbs? Feel totally free to comment. Take care, xoxo.

Captured my eye x 3 :)

HEY readers! I hope you're doing awesome these days! So I have like about 3 things that have captured my eye these days. I was going to post them a few days ago but I'm kinda addicted to watching How I Met Your Mother that I couldn't find the time to do it but no worries I'll do all 3 quickly.

So I absolutely love the styling of this outfit! I saw this on Tumblr and I completely died for it! The skirt is so pretty and I love the way it flows. Also love the pairing with the rough, leather jacket. If someone knows where I can find that skirt, please inform me cause I want it :)

Another outfit that looks so ahmazing! The shorts: beyond funky! But the superstar in this picture are those shoes. They are Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony. They are beautiful! They look super stylish and also very diverse, you can pair them with anything!

So I have a mini confession. I'm obsessed with Celine bags. There! I said it. It's an unhealthy obsession and I love it. Everytime I see a Celine bag, I cry. No joke. I swear!. They're just so beautiful! I think if I get my hands on one, I'll never let it go. And as the shoes above, it's a very diverse bag! It can go from day to night so easily.

So these are the things that have made me swoon these past few days. Let me know what are some things that you guys have seen that have left you speechless. Take care, xoxo.
